{"id":540,"date":"2009-09-03T15:07:56","date_gmt":"2009-09-03T21:07:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mooreds.com\/wordpress\/archives\/000540"},"modified":"2009-09-03T15:09:24","modified_gmt":"2009-09-03T21:09:24","slug":"samasource-outsourcing-as-social-enterprise","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mooreds.com\/wordpress\/archives\/540","title":{"rendered":"Samasource: Outsourcing as social enterprise"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>One of my clients (<a href=\"http:\/\/twomile.com\/\">Twomile Heavy Industries<\/a>) is building a large website.\u00a0 He is involved in the non profit technology world (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nten.org\/\">NTEN<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/cntcgroup.org\/\">CTNC<\/a>, etc), and ran across <a href=\"http:\/\/samasource.org\/\">Samasource<\/a>, which is a social enterprise to bring outsourcing work into the developing world.\u00a0 And not just Bangalore&#8211;they have <a href=\"http:\/\/samasource.org\/press\/dadaab-refugees\">work centers in refugee camps<\/a>.
