(In technical terms, a post mortem is an examination of a problem or system failure in hopes of avoiding the situation in the future.) From the post, she encountered some very harsh words from the Internet:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>I have never received textual scrutiny of this type before, where every single word was turned over and macerated and peered at for evidence of traitorous views.
